My recent experience at Zazala Beach Club was, unfortunately, far from the luxurious and relaxing day I had anticipated. Upon booking, I was asked to pay upfront, which I did without hesitation, assuming that this modern, upscale establishment would deliver on the promises implied by its premium pricing.
However, upon arrival, I was surprised to learn that the club does not provide towels for guests. It's baffling that a high-end beach club, where customers are paying top dollar for an exclusive experience, doesn't offer something as basic as a towel rental. When I inquired about this, the staff informed me that towels could be purchased at the on-site store. This might have been a reasonable alternative, except the towels were 60 euros each, which is absurdly overpriced. To make matters worse, these towels were of poor quality and unattractive, hardly justifying the steep price.
The lack of towel rental and the push to buy overpriced, low-quality towels felt like a blatant money grab, detracting from what should have been a relaxing and carefree day. The service overall was disappointing and did not reflect the level of hospitality one would expect from a supposedly high-end beach club.
In conclusion, Zazala Beach Club's subpar service and lack of basic amenities like towel rental left a lot to be desired. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you’re hoping for a seamless, enjoyable beach experience. There are plenty of other beach clubs that offer better value and understand the importance of catering to their guests’ needs without...
Read moreVery nice place, suitable for every type of visit. You can just drink your coffee and enjoy the beach with nice music or use the sunbeds in front of the sea. You can sit on chairs, sofas, big tables, small tables, saiz long chairs, hammocks etc. It is big enough so you will never feel that the place is crowded and you will sense the quality wise mentality that they have even in small things like the glasses or even the straws.
The staff is friendly and smiley. They served our coffees within 10 minutes from order and they apologized for the “delay”!! They coffee quality is also great.
Music is as loud as it should and you can also use the washer for free. They have push buttons in order to save water which is much appreciated by us.
The restaurant has descent pricing for Paros, I would prefer bigger portions though and bigger flexibility for special requests. The quality is very good.
The only drawback is that the beach gets windy often so you need to check weather in advance.
In general, it’s a lovely place with young people full of positive energy that make you feel comfortable-you get more than what you pay.
Try the frozen juices - the peach juice is absolutely unique and delicious - and seize the day there enjoying the sunset.
Highly recommended...
Read moreSadly, my experience at Zazala Beach Club was far from pleasant. First of all, the staff are simply rude — cold, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in dealing with couples. It's obvious they prefer large groups, likely in hopes of receiving bigger tips. If you're a couple, expect to feel like a nuisance.
The place itself lacks even the most basic comforts. There are barely any shaded areas, so be prepared to sit in the scorching sun. And seating? Virtually nonexistent unless you're part of a large party. Most tables are arranged for groups, with no consideration for smaller or more intimate setups.
It might look trendy on Instagram, but the reality is superficial and unwelcoming. If you're looking for a place with decent service, comfort, and a touch of hospitality — keep walking. There are far better spots along the coast that know how to treat guests...
