Chef Ilios is a gem and Vagelis is a fabulous F&B Manager. They are an excellent team. We were a party of 16 with 8 adults and 8 kids of which majority were vegetarians who are not an easy bunch to please in the first place. The food was so great that every single person in our group came out raving at the food and at the level of service. Vagelis went out of his way to even provide off the menu options which the chef could prepare for the vegetarian crowd. The pictures attached speak for themselves. Every other meal we had in Paros was henceforth measured against Veranda Blue and nobody could match the quality, taste of Chef Ilios’s magic and hospitality of Vagelis. The reviews are true. And the photos as well but they still don’t do justice of just how delicious everything on the menu is.
This place is worth travelling to from any part of Paros. we came there from Naossa and worth the trip.
Vegelis was a wonderful help And made our dinner memorable.

The menu offers something for everyone: from nice seafood to tasty burgers and great salads! Our teenagers send their compliments to the chef for al dente pasta, home made french fries and Pink Grapefruit soda & fresh lemonade! The restaurant has also daily specials and local fresh fish! You can get a snack (nuggets/burger/salad) for 10-15 eur and main course for 15 to 25 eur. We would highly recommend this restaurant...
