To Melói — Restaurant in Patmos Municipality

2023 update We have returned this year and the food and service is simply perfect. They always invite you in to look at the food and explain what each dish is, do you know exactly what you are going to get to eat. Today was no exception anded were not dissapointed. If you are on Patmos then head here for a wonderful lunch or evening meal.

It's a beautiful beach, sandy patches and the rest little stones, the bay is clean and, luckily for us, not too busy. Not much shade to be found so if you need to shelter from the sun then you will need to bring something with you for a morning visit. The location is pure magic, just be aware of the wasps, but that is not fault of the restaurant, the smoke of Greek coffee will help and make it an experience. Concerning the food unfortunately I save only the tzatziki, all the other food we had it was very flat in terms of colours and taste and unfortunately I didn't feel well after giving a try to the dishes and same thing happened to other two people with me. This beach was absolutely stunning and the food at this restaurant was very good. The small fried fishes we're very good, going to eat with the bone . Grilled see bream was very good as well, very flaky and moist. The Saganake grilled cheese was a very enjoyable appetizer.
