ALMYRA ALL DAY BEACH BAR — Restaurant in Polygyros Municipality

Very disappointing experience. We waited over 20 minutes just to receive a menu, and the waiter who finally brought it didn’t even greet us or say a single word – no communication at all. Then we waited another 15 minutes for a different waiter who actually took our order.

The food took another 40 minutes to arrive. We wouldn’t have minded the wait if the food had been great – but unfortunately, it wasn’t. We ordered a grill mix for two, which came with undercooked meat and only one pita bread.

After the meal, we waited yet another 20 minutes just to get the bill which was Over 50€ and was absolutely not worth the experience. On top of everything, all of us felt unwell after eating.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. Poor service, poorly cooked food, and a very unpleasant...

Most probably the worst service I saw in Greece. It is empty cause of good reasons. Staff unable to remember ordered drinks, to bring enough plates, noone approached our table (we were highly visible as there was 10 of us) for 15 minutes or more, we were waiting for order for whole hour and a few minutes over. In top of it, staff was rude and agressive. You will see that they are arguing with anyone who leaves realistic, which is in this case bad review, which only testifies about the lack of basic manners. Avoid the place as much as you can.

Our first plan was to go at La Piazza, but there were no tables available, so we end up in unfortunate Almyra. Soon we found out why this terrible place is almost empty despite the fact that it's friday night in july, full season. At Almyra everything was wrong from the beggining. Slow staff, it took them more than 15 minutes just to take our order and we waited for the food more than an hour. They forgot one beer, they didn't give us enough plates... When one of the guests complained about the service, waiter was rude and agressive. Just do yourself a favour and choose some other restaurants, especially if you are with small children as we were. This is far the worst place that I ever visited. I feel sorry...
