Of the six dishes we ordered, the first arrived in 40 minutes and the last in 65. They insisted on paying in cash and did not issue a receipt. We received a handwritten note without any certification only after we requested it because we were told the amount verbally. The food was good as was the ice cream we got on the house. The prices are a little higher than in the surrounding area, but that can be understood since hardly any restaurant was open during the afternoon break. The waitress is friendly and the location is spectacular, the food is generally of good quality and well prepared, but the wait is too long and not everything arrives at the same time. Maria and her husband are superb hosts and the rest of the staff are lively & friendly, and the food? Very yummy! They offer a wide and eclectic mix of wonderful local Greek delicacies (you have to try the cuttlefish) and well-cooked international favourites too (they do mean a mean sticky spare ribs).
The final icing on the cake is the location. They're slightly back from the main street, in a tiny side street, just 2 doors up from the best bar in Preveza.
