ONE STAR and below FOR THE OLIVE OIL RIP-OFF The place is marvelous because of the Acheron River and the surrounding nature. The service was quick and very politely. The food was OK and the prices were reasonable. The problem occurred when we ordered the Greek Salad 🥗. They presented to us with the olive oil AS EXTRA AND THIS IS A RIP-OFF. It is a new trick to achieve higher price for a custom plate in Greece, which the olive oil is a main ingredient and of course national product. With no olive oil it's a simple 🍅 cucumber and feta cheese with onions and spices. It is SCUM because the salad came without olive oil and if we would want some extra YES I was willing to pay for that. It is not the .40$ it is the RIP-OFF in front of my face. The pork skewers were grilled ok and they were medium tender, the fries were frozen (I don't know why the Greek cooks didn't use fresh??). Total Price for one Greek salad, 4 pork skewers, one fries, one beer!! 23€ including vat, the oil scum .40€ and 1.20€ service fee disguised as starters (I don't have any complaint for this, because it is a big story and I am with the side of the...

Cold waters running down the river, with a lot of springs at sides. You can simply dip your feet inside but if you decide to walk upwards the river, better get waterproof camera, and athletic shoes with laces in order to climb/pass the rocks. There are places you will be forced to swim for 2-30meters so pack your things in waterproof small bags. Better not bring dogs or small kids. If you are a company, bring a rope to help others reach you. If you are brave enough, you can jump directly inside the springs.

Such bad service, they barely acknowledged us sitting there... We waited for more than 15minutes without anyone coming to greet us and give us the menu, while the waiters were visiting the EMPTY tables next to us to clean them, while also just wandering around and sitting at the bar... Apparently they preferred just to watch us and visit empty tables, so we just left. It's a shame to have such a great location spot and not treat it (or your potential customers)...
