Oneiro zois — Restaurant in Thassos Municipality

It's by far the best place to eat in Prinos!!! I can't understand the people who gave less than five stars to this place!!! They probably had a bad day when they wrote the review. Don't be fooled by the appearances, the restaurant is for special events and only receives customers for that, but the terrace like old tavern, near to the Dasilio Supermarket, is the one that serves food made in the restaurant's kitchen!!! The appearance and the fact that there were not too many people made us go around this place for a few days. We discovered the culinary delights of Oneiro Zois much too late in our stay in Thassos! The prices are only slightly higher than at a local tavern, but the taste of the food is special. I'm sorry I can offer only five stars! You can also request packaged food and pay by card at any time. P.S. At our last dinner at Oneiro Zois, we informed them that we were leaving Thassos the next day, and they did something special and offered us a bottle of local wine to remind us of this...

This place was recommended to me by the local tour agency Real Holidays, and it's good to know that it's, all at the same time, a restaurant, a hotel, and a venue for events such as weddings. All I can say is, the owner is extremely kind and welcoming, and will make you feel at home in all possible ways. Regarding the food, my only regret is having to leave so early, else I'd be eating here as often as possible. Everything is fresh, prepared and cooked on the spot, and in great quantities. Once again, the owner is super courteous, and will take great care in making sure that you like your meal and the atmosphere. As for the room, it's wide, clean, well-decorated, and modern. It feels cozy, and there's well enough space for everything, plus the bathroom is spacious and feels very comfortable as well. Good to know : There's wifi, and it works well even for a business need. We were there for Easter dinner. The tables were set so that there was no space between people. Everything was crammed together, chair after chair. The waiter had to lift people up to get through. Is this normal? And at some point, all these people would have to get up to get food from the buffet? We're getting to the point with the food. There was no food for everyone from the buffet. We went to the tavern around 7:30 PM, and the main meal was served almost at 10:00 PM. There were people who had already left. Inside the restaurant, I emphasize inside, cats were running around. There were several groups that left when the situation arose. There were many times when the music was disrupted and there was a lot of noise. There was no ventilation.
