Taverna Drosia — Restaurant in Thassos Municipality

I have been a regular customer for years. The food is excellent and there is a variety of fresh sea food. Unfortunately, last year and this year too there are double standards for locals and foreign tourists. There is a menu with prices for locals and another one that has every dish with increased prices ranging +3-5 EURO. It gives you a bad feeling when once you are charged on normal prices and the other time you are scammed with increased price list being regular customer. The food is amazing, but being a target of such price hike is sending the wrong signal. Not going there since it happened twice already for 2 consecutive years. Review for middle of July 2023:

Nice and large terrace and outdoor seating available. It appears to be a family run business, friendly even if English is not very common. Dorada does not come with any side dish.

Decent prices, large serving plates, tasty. I've seen some local, including the priest, having lunch here, same food tourists got.

Paid in cash, Owner confirmed payment with card is possible but I was unsure if he understood my question.

This is the 3th year in a row that we spend our summer vacation on the island but we have never been so dissapointed from another restaurant as from this place. The service was really bad. They didnt bother to bring us a solution to drive way the wasps around us and not even taking the empty plates from the table until the end. Food was medium quality. Paying with card impossible!!!I dont recomand this...
