We came to this restaurant again yesterday at 6:30 PM, the same one we visited last year. The place was completely empty; there was no one there except for the waiters. We sat down at one of the empty tables by the sea. A waiter came over and said, "This table is reserved." There was nothing on the table indicating it was reserved. Despite that, we got up and moved to the next table, and he said that one was reserved too. When we expressed our discomfort, they suggested we take a table inside. We moved to an indoor table with a sea view, and he said that one was also reserved. He then said only the tables near the door were available. This is absolutely disgraceful and disrespectful to customers. We will never come back again. We left there and went to another seafood restaurant in Limenaria. It's a good thing we did! The portions were twice the size of those in Klysma. The food was so delicious that Klisma could never achieve that level of performance. Period. We're never coming back, Klisma. It's a good thing you treated us badly; thanks to you, we found a wonderful...
Read moreThis is a place to avoid due to the impoliteness, disinterest, arrogance, and lack of hospitality. Upon entering the restaurant, we were ignored by the staff. I had to approach a waiter to ask if we could sit down, and he responded with an indifferent, bored tone. We sat at a table and waited over 10 minutes for someone to bring us menus, but no one came (and the restaurant was only half full). On our way out, we spoke with the bartender who was extremely rude and unhelpful. The restaurant's prime location right by the road, with its good sunset view, seems to make the owners complacent about their clients, knowing people will keep coming. I remember a time when representatives of this very restaurant used to stand on the street, trying to attract customers from the road....
Read moreOverall very positive experience. A reservation is highly recommended, and I can't agree with the people who are frustrated about not getting a table without a reservation. It is your fault for not planning ahead and blaming others for your mistakes is wrong. The food is appropriately priced for it being fresh seafood. The place is beautiful by itself but the sunset just ads a new level of whimsy! The occasion forgotten drink or late dish I think we can look past, given the fact that the restaurant was full. My favorite was the grilled shrimp and the fried eggplant but I would highly recommend their stuffed calamari or any of the fresh fish...
