Goody's Burger House — Restaurant in Thermaikos Municipality

A few years ago we would order often from this branch, but since covid the food is not up to the standard that it by was. I ordered about 6 weeks ago, every order I always get the Caesar salad and dressing on the side, my order arrived and once indoors I saw that the whole dressing had opened and penetrated through the bag ( so no dressing) I didn't complain as it was a new delivery person ( these things can happen). I ordered yesterday, a portion of of chicken wings, the barbecue sauce tub had opened and spilt everywhere, the brown paper bag was about to break from the leaking sauce. I also ordered a cheesecake, they had put the sauce separately and this also leaked into the brown paper bag, needless to say, not good! I won't order again! It's such a shame as their food is tasty, but I'm not going to pay again for sauces spilt in the bags, that are meant to go...

Far away the worst burger House in Greece. First of all the burgers are too small for their price for example other burger houses selling in same price twice bigger burgers and also potatoes was like somebody put together all the rest from the restaurants and bring them to the goodies burger House the biggest potato was 4 cm long and it was just about five pieces so long in all the portion all the other potatoes was about one and a half to centimeters long and taste like s*. Συνεχίζει να είναι το τελευταίο κατάστημα από όλα με διαφορά και σε αυτό ωφελείται το προσωπικό. Τρώω από 4 μαγαζιά στη Θεσσαλονίκη και αυτό το πράγμα δεν υπάρχει.. Της Περαίας είναι αυτό που με εξυπηρετεί συνήθως και κάθε φορά κάτι θα συμβεί αλλά τις περισσότερες φορές είναι ο χρόνος εξυπηρέτησης ο οποίος δεν μπορεί να συγκριθεί με αυτόν των μαγαζιών στο Ικεα και Odeon που τα οποία είναι άψογα και σε εξυπηρέτηση και σε λάθη που ΔΕΝ γίνονται. Τις προάλλες παράγγειλα από efood και πάλι έγινε λαθος στη σος και δεν είπα κάτι. Σήμερα στο κατάστημα περίμενα (αφού έδωσα παραγγελία) 17 λεπτά.. τα μπέργκερ και οι πατάτες που παράγγειλα ήταν έτοιμα στο «πάσο» στα 2,5 λεπτά και απλά περίμεναν κάποιον να τα βάλει στη σακούλα αλλά επειδή έγινε λαθος σε μια άλλη παραγγελία με 5-6 meals και χτυπούσε και το τηλέφωνο και μάλλον και το efood η κοπέλα σχεδόν τα έχασε! 3 άτομα είμασταν όλοι κ όλοι και περιμέναμε οι 2 τις παραγγελιες μας (που ήταν ετοιμες) και η μια να παραγγείλει.. Αυτά, σε αλλά μαγαζιά με παρόμοιο αριθμό προσωπικού, δεν γίνονται. Καθημερινή στο κατάστημα του Odeon 3 άτομα προσωπικό, 5 παρέες να παραγγείλουν, παράγγειλα τελευταίος από τους 5 και έφαγα σε 5 λεπτά.

Μετά από τόσο καιρό δεν έχει αλλάξει τίποτα. Είναι η μοίρα αυτου του μαγαζιου να είναι το τελευταίο της αλυσίδας. 5-6 λεπτά περίμενα να λύσουν ένα προβλημα τους μάλλον με το ταμείο, το οποίο όμως δεν με αφορά εμένα, και αλλά 5-6 λεπτά για να τα παρω.. Μιλάμε για ένα σκέτο Χαμ το οποίο ήταν έτοιμο σε 30 δευτερόλεπτα και μια πατατες που περιμεναν...
