Luxury apartments in Downtown of Perea — Hotel in Thermaikos Municipality

Three of us stayed in a studio apartment for three nights in May 2025. The apartment is in a new building, so it is brand new, just a few steps from the promenade and the beach, it has a partial sea view from its balcony and we were thrilled to witness an amazing sunset while sitting on the balcony. It faces a small street, but it was pretty quiet. There were some construction works going on in the building, however not too much noise.

The apartment is new, beautifully equipped, with one double bed and a couch that also converts into a double bed, both really comfortable. The owner Jovana told us that there is everything we would need for our stay, but my expectations were exceeded. Besides bed-linen and two towels per person, there was shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, and even a bottle of body lotion in the bathroom! The only minus is the very small bathroom sink, but we managed. The kitchen was also fully equipped, including a fridge, garbage can, all dishes you need, as well as dish soap and sponge, but the nicest surprise was the Nespresso machine with coffee capsules provided by the owners.

Parking seems to be free in all Pereia, so I imagine it may be a problem to find a parking spot in high season, but we had no issue with that either and parked in front of the building.

We sincerely enjoyed our stay in this apartment and highly recommend it, as it is equipped as a four star hotel, and we will gladly stay there again. The owners Jovana and Marko are also very kind and always...

A nice and very clean apartment on the second floor without an elevator. For me this was not a problem, but if you have heavy suitcases, be prepared to carry them upstairs. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was always available and helpful.

The house is located on the seafront, just 20 meters from the beach. All the good taverns and supermarkets are within a three-minute walk. A bit further up the street there are hairdressers and nail salons, and even further up there is a post office where you can send international parcels.

The apartment is equipped for cooking: there is a mini fridge, an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave, and all necessary kitchenware. At first I was a little concerned about the air conditioner being above the bed, but it blows higher, so it turned out to be absolutely safe.

If you are missing something, you can always contact the host — she responds quickly and is very helpful. Absolutely...

We stayed in March 2025. The apartment is spacious, with a living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms, modernly decorated, with all the necessary appliances... Clean apartment with organized cleaning after each visitor. We were pleasantly surprised that the owners have a quality coffee machine with capsules compatible with Netspresso - with capsules left for morning coffee. The Cosmos shopping center is nearby, so we recommend it as a great alternative to a hotel, for all those who are on a family shopping trip to Thessaloniki, all year round...
