My recent visit to the restaurant left me feeling utterly disappointed and frustrated. It is with regret that I have to share my negative experience in this review.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance, which initially gave me high hopes for a pleasant dining experience. However, my optimism quickly faded as I realized the lack of attentiveness and efficiency of the staff.

After being seated at a table, I eagerly anticipated someone coming to take my order. However, minutes turned into what felt like an eternity, as I waited for a server to approach me. Despite making eye contact with several staff members, none of them made an effort to acknowledge my presence or offer any assistance.

A significant 20 minutes passed, and by this point, I had become increasingly frustrated with the lack of attention. I observed other tables around me receiving prompt service while my needs were completely neglected. In light of this, I made the decision to leave the restaurant, as it became apparent that my time and patronage were not valued.

Based on my visit, I cannot recommend to others. There are numerous other establishments that value their customers' time and deliver a higher...

If I could give half a star, I would. It was looking promising on arrival, but that was all the positive I can say. The service is an absolute disaster! People just couldn't be arsed to do their job. It took more than 20 minutes to order. Once we did, the food arrived pretty quick, I'll give you that. But mains arrived before the salads and the starters. We had to ask at least three times for something, before it was brought to the table with a "stinky" attitude.Dishes and bottles just thrown on the table. Restaurant wasn't busy at all, so I cannot find any excuse for that. There was a waiter who was acting like a spoilt teenager, who's parents made him work and he hates them for that.... The woman who takes the orders (the only person who does that) was a bit stressed and absent-minded... There was a power cut, which was not a problem, but no one from the staff went around to apologise to the customers. That's basic courtesy! Portions were not small, but food wasn't really that good for the price we paid. I don't think I would give them another chance... Wouldn't recommend to people to give them...
