Asian House — Restaurant in Thermi Municipality

Today was my first time trying this restaurant and i was feeling optimistic. Walking in it seemed like a nice modern fast food place. The waitresses were very friendly. The menu had a good variety of dishes. The restaurant felt quite chilly even though we were sitting indoors. The prices were pretty standard. The sushi with "shrimp tempura" was very difficult to eat. The rice itself was cold but the shrimp was hot. Very unsettling. I ordered the dragon noodles with duck. They were good and I was actually satisfied with them but they are not as spicy as they claim. Also on the menu it said there were spring onions but they were not really chopped and again very difficult to eat. (I am not aware if that's how it's supposed to be just found it odd). My partner however, ordered the Hong Kong noodles with seafood. I have to say, he was sitting across from me and I could smell the fishyness, quite a red flag. I tried them aswell and they tasted like bad fish. The noodle part was ok (texture). The calamari was definitely frozen and my partner mentioned it tasted like nothing (maybe rice cakes idk). Overall it tasted pretty fishy. The worst part is, my partner had to run to the bathroom within 5 minutes after his first bite and has had stomach issues all night. Disappointing Experience Due to Slow Service I recently visited Asia House. However, the experience was overshadowed by extremely slow and disorganized service. It was surprising to find staff, including a waiter, preoccupied with matters unrelated to customer service, like examining a car's engine outside for an extended period. The wait to place our order was nearly half an hour. While I understand that busy days can happen, it seemed more like a case of poor staff organization. Decent Asian spot in Thermi. More of a chain type of restaurant so the food wasn’t as good as we were expecting. The cream corn soup was not good. Weird to me that they don’t serve any well known chinese soups like miso or hot and sour. The service was really slow for the store not being too busy besides the take out orders.
