I m living almost 8 years in Ioannina and i am familiar with restaurants n cuisine culture n standards. Last year we have been in this restaurant.Among the other restaurants in Ioannina and in the Zagoria area we were not very impressed. Today we were in the river side and we went to this restaurant again.During our communication with them till we order the food we felt uncomfortible about their approach which csn be said unkind, sad face...We ordered the food.Saganaki was ok.Aristi salad came with unfresh lettuce leaves.2 different dishes of provio (a little big version of lamb)kotosouvli came inside red.My husband send it back claiming about it (red n it is hard),the waitress responded us when it is provio it is normal(which is not).once we were waiting the shift of the other waiter started n he was a friend of my husband n he told briefly what had happened. The re-cooked kotosouvli wasn t good either evrn kids dislike n leave it so we asked for the bill to leave.most probably our friend told about the issue and they charged us only 10eur even my husbsnd said to pay what is necessary. This restaurant is the one of the few restaurants in the area n due its location it is very known even you dont know if u re searching for a restaurant u ll choose this spot. However the food quality together with the understanding of customer service satisfaction is really under the average.I m sorry to leave this feedback but as customer u deserve better service n...

We went back for lunch and the food was ok, it was fresh. The Briam was tasty but the chicken souvlaki and the vegetable soup was average. We didn’t have a good time experience with the service, it took 20 mins to take our order and another 20 to get the bill, all of the staff who served us didn’t seem to want to be there doing their job. The views...
