The restaurant decoration and the view is beautiful, I arrived before the sunset and I could find places in parking, the parking is free but is limited. I didn’t make a reservation but there was available tables (I strong recommendation make a reservation) but directly the host spoke about the minimum spend per person a little bit rude. I feel uncomfortable with the staff immediately upon arrival because they were look my clothes (sad but true) probably judge me my financial conditions. Probably was created a some rich atmosphere it isn’t good I even understand that for the restaurant to function properly it is necessary to take certain actions in order to make a profit, but the employees feel that they have control over this, the restaurant has to create a structure where it works well and has good service and that is a long way off. About the restaurant how I said the structure is good and the decoration and view of the ocean is perfect. The menu is complete with a lot of options with starters, main and deserts. There are a lot of options to drinks, like a bottle of wines, beers and drinks. The food don’t have any special it was ok. The staff and service was bad and price is very very expensive for what it delivers in general and you need to spend the minimum amount yet. Can be a option to see the sunset and just drink a something but I can’t strong recommend this restaurant to dinner for example. If you want to see the sunset you can find another place with the same view and enjoy more and don’t spend so much money on a place that just has a nice view and you can find others. I believe my review explains exactly my final decision...
Read moreWe called to reserve one of the tables downstairs but unfortunately they were all already booked so we were told that if we arrived at 7pm it would be possible to pick a better seat for us. We arrived at the agreed time and there was an empty table next to it with a huge sofa (perfect for our sleeping son). We asked if it would be possible to change tables and were told they would check if it was possible. A few minutes later, the table that was apparently free, became “reserved”. As our son was sleeping, we decided to leave him there until the table owners arrived. Time passed and no one arrived, so I asked the hostess if we could move, but although no one arrived, she asked us to vacate the table. I took my son in my arms and walked from one side to the other, they suggested a sofa, in a quieter place in the interior area (thank you very much for your concern). The efforts of the staff to accommodate us would not have been in vain if I hadn't realized that they had actually given the table to another group of people who were ALREADY THERE. Result, in the agitation our son woke up, we couldn't enjoy the sunset with our friends because we had to comfort him, because obviously he preferred to be sleeping, we couldn't eat comfortably because we had to keep him on our lap the whole time and consequently we had to withdraw us right after dinner. We were not able to enjoy the night as we had planned nor offer the experience we had planned to our friends. I would just like to say to the organizers that when doing business it is necessary to know how to please more than just...
Read moreFor people not wanting to read a long storytime to fall asleep: don't go here if you dont want disgusting food, rude service and to be stolen from.
For people who actually read this around 12 and DO need to fall asleep:
All together you could go here for the view, but you could stop next to the place, have the view and save €150 and a certain sense of dignity.
We got put in a place next to a loud speaker where we couldnt hear each other talk. The starters were 33 euros, one was tasteless, the other would have been better tasteless, it was unpleasant to say the least.
That all couldve been fine to us, normally we're pretty easy to please. Also the main course was good. However asked for the card 2 more times to have dessert, because of the high limit of 60 euros spending to sit in the front (in the end, uncomfortable and far not worth it) at which the waiters said they would bring it and then went on with their day.
So we got the check. I paid, i understood 115 and so I paid (waiter never showed me the actual price, but 115 was in correspondence to what we had and what the menu said).
Waiters couldnt say goodbye or thanks for coming, as obviously we are like air to them. Arrogance was their middle name throughout the night.
Just got back to the hotel. Turns out they charged us 150, and so gave themselves a nice 35 euros tip without...
