Nice place good ambiente but the food could be better. They say they serve "imported meat" as a quality seal but it wasn't. That was very dissapointing. And something weird happened, the waitress (old man) was trying to pair off my friend and me with some weird "Bad boy latinos" from other table. He said we could have a glass of the wine of the house for free, so we accepted and then we had a whole bottle of wine on the table. Strange we thought but thanks. Mi visita a Casa D'Acuna fue buscando lo mejor de Cobán. Este lugar lo encontré en TripAdvisor como el mejor restaurante de Cobán y sin duda alguna, en Cobán, es una joya.

El lugar es como un tipo de hacienda antigua con un salón privado. Ordenamos un plato de "Mar, Rösti y Tierra" que eran 4 oz. de lomito de res, papa Rösti y camarones, servido con cremosa salsa de queso Gorgonzola. Estaba delicioso. Y mi acompañante pidió "Penne con salsa Alfredo" que estaba delicioso.

El menú es bastante extenso y abarca una amplia variedad de platillos Pasta, pan, pizza, sopas, carnes, mariscos, cremas y ensaladas.

Es un buen restaurante para visitar con amigos, en una ocasión especial o simplemente comer rico en el pueblo. De verdad brindan un servicio de calidad en un ambiente colonial.

The place is incredibly expensive, we paid 320 Q for pasta and two glasses of wine. The wine was fine but the spaghetti primavera and the vegetarian lasagna were definitely not good, especially for that price.
