TGI Friday's — Restaurant in Guatemala Department

Food was meh, at best. Ribs are no longer a full rack but a full rack cut in half horizontally. Burgers were okay, but the fries tasted like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Cole slaw didn't taste good at all. The drinks were not very good either, including the bottled beer, which tasted like it had been opened hours before it was brought to the table. Our waiter disappeared and every time we had to ask for something 2-3 times to 2 or 3 different waitstaff. We had ordered an appetizer that never came and no one even apologized for their mistake. I used to love coming here for classic Americana but it's all gone down in quality and I don't think I'll be back...

Went recently with a friend, we’re both vegetarian so we ordered a mushroom onion Swiss burger with fried mozzarella instead of steak. The waiter brought us burgers with bacon which had nothing to do with what we ordered. We requested for the right dish to be delivered but they just sent the same one with the bacon removed and a different waiter. I got food poisoning from their food. The waitress rarely came to check on us. We order a slushie drink and it wasn't a slushie it was just juice with the same ice that was in the soda.
