My second restaurant experience on the boulevard and I have to say that I wasn’t all that impressed. The service was polite but slow, the atmosphere had a friendly, open Caribbean flair with live music. On the waterfront with a nice ocean view made dining there a little breezy but enjoyable. Perfect location for a welcome dinner/rehearsal dinner for my wedding guests, most of which have never been to Haiti. Anne Claude and her staff were awesome!! The food was ridiculously delicious and she allowed me to customize the menu for a large group. I also requested a DJ and my guest were able to purchase drinks at a cash bar. It's close to le Picolet Hotel where we stayed and food was reasonably priced and portions were adequate for a family. I though the food was tasty especially the fried goat. It offered most of the usual Hatien food items as well as ice cream so long as it was vanilla. I was pleased at only waiting about 20mins for our food, that's normal for island time!
