Burger King Airport (SSP) — Restaurant in Budapest

Do not bother to eat here, no matter how hungry you are. My girlfriend and I ordered four Ketchup and four Mayo with our original order. The server Eva only gave us the Ketchup sachets because she was more interested how much she needs to charge for it rather than the service itself. I found her attitude extremely rude. She was shouting in Hungarian "Whaaat?" to her colleague when I asked for the additional Mayo indicating that I'm the one who messed up the order. Even if this would be the case, you are not supposed to be rude to a customer. Not to mention that our drink was room temperature without any ice. I needed to go back and ask for extra which was served in an additional take away cup. The burger itself was poorly assembled and tasted old and cold. I have never experienced such a low service. I hope I can make Eva feel just as good with this review as we felt after she served us....

Contrary to all previous reviews I have read, I did in fact have a pleasurable experience at this fine establishment. I went there expecting a long queue due to the reviews, but was welcomed in perfect English by a smiling employee after a short 3 minutes.

At the time I wasn’t feeling too well, so I only went for an ice cream cone and an extra large coke, while my friend ordered the double whopper menu. Another two minutes passed and my travel companion and I had received our order.

The ice cream cone made me feel a lot better, it was sweet, it was soft, it was everything I had hoped it would be. As for the taste of the whopper menu I can only parrot my friend’s experience who said it was quite tasty.

All in all this Burger King is the place to be for quantity, quality and all that for an honest price, especially in comparison with everything else at...

Save yourself the misery of eating here. Must be the worst BK I’ve ever been to. Burger was cold, and bread wasn’t fresh. It was stale and was breaking apart as I was eating it. But by far the worst part was dealing with the employ3e number 40245. He was totally rude and hates his job. No hello and no thank you. When I finished my transaction, I told him,"how about a kind thank you." He couldn’t care less. What’s even more nuts is I turned on my Google translate microphone and he was badm3uthing me to his associates. No class and not indicative of the friendly Hungarian spirit. I kept giving him the side eye and showed him my Google translation and his face turned white. I just smiled back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED. What a nice impression to leave with tourist leaving...
