The workers here are STEALING big time! I ordered a salad and fresh squeezed oj July 6th at 10:30am. I was in line and gave the cashier 4080 and she claimed my bill was 3980 so she gave me 100 back in change for my one salad plus my one juice. She then left to make the juice. While I was waiting for the juice another gentleman came up to explain that he was overcharged for his order. He ordered and received 2 items but was charged for 3 items. He spent ages arguing and the lady who was juicing my oranges went over to deal with him. As I was waiting I started thinking.... 3980 seemed a bit high I wanted to see the receipt. So after she dealt with the gentleman she brought my oj over and I asked her for the receipt, I could see the receipt at the top of the machine but she refused to give it to me. The salad was clearly marked but the juice wasn't, was it likely that one oj truly was over 2000? After arguing with her for a bit she said we don't give receipts. I told her the sign said to check your invoice so why couldn't I have it? She then claimed that she hadn't given me all my change so she gave me 500 extra and hoped I would move on. So I expected my total would have been 3480 for 1 oj and a salad. I finally asked another lady for my receipt and she gave it to me. She had only run up the salad around 1700 (so she was pocketing 1780 extra just from my order) and never rung up the juice at all so she was keeping all the extra money for herself. Thieves !! We took 2 yogurts and when we paid with Credit card she didn t tell us the price. Then we asked for it and she told us the price very quickly and in a way that was hard to understand. We paid and saw that was 7000 Huf (more than 10 euros per person) on the receipt of the credit card but she gave us also an other receipt of just around 2000 huf of maybe a previous customer. We calculated the price from huf to euros and we realized that it was a craZy price and that she had given to us two different receipts. we asked to better understand and she gave us the correct receipt. I complained about the price and she told us that it was written the price of each gr. of product... in a very small way and obviously the balance for the product weight was broken. Avoid this place at all costs! Terrible service and horrible matcha!! 🍵

They didn’t have what was advertised, they advertise a vanilla matcha latte, but when you go to order, they tell you they don’t have vanilla, what a joke! Lol I ended up getting the plain matcha, and it was honestly terrible, both in taste and appearance. You can tell just by looking at it that it’s not appealing.

The staff weren’t friendly either. The girl at the counter had an attitude and didn’t seem welcoming at all and they even threw out my untouched drink while I stepped away for a few minutes. I’d say bring your own drink if you can! as they are only one or two cafes in Bud airport...
