Capri Pizzeria, Buda — Restaurant in Budapest

Great terrace that sits on a quiet intersection. Capri was even open on an Easter Sunday, so it was a convenient destination I could walk to, a real neighborhood place. Server was very kind and attentive. Pizza dough is good but the toppings could be better - my gorgonzola pizza had good cheese but cheap ham and olive on it. Disgraceful experience. Not cheap, rather expensive and the plates look aweful. The pizza is a carton piece, the menu is offering too many things to be.adequatedly fresh... I ordered a camembert at the oven on a rucola salad andham special rolls... The salad was iceberg with vegetable oil, maybe 5 leaves of rucola. The cheese was cold. The ham was fake crudo or serrano, thick, too salty rounding tasteless green beans and a half of a sundried tomato. A 13 euros dish. Ah I forgot the white.rice ball next to it....

As the lego figures would say: EVERYTHING IS AWESOME. This place is one of my favourites, definitely my first choice when the weather is nice; they don't just offer traditional italian but have first-class chicken & duck dishes, and then comes the dessert - I'd definitely recommend the tiramisu.
