Normafa Terasz — Restaurant in Budapest

Extremely rude service...didn’t even have the chance to order, tried to sit down in the covered area with my family and a small child, hands full trying to open the door. the owner/who runs the place came of very rude, while the kid was walking in he adjusted the door without paying attention almost hitting the kid. I draw attention to this and that he should pay attention, he said we are not supposed to sit as we had other hot drinks in our hand. I’ve mentioned we wanted to sit down and order he said first we needed to order in an unacceptable tone… I highlighted that he’s really poor with treating his customers and that he’s really rude after which he threatened me he will hit me and who do i think i'm talking to… having worked in hospitality knowing what is to work with customers…this is definetly...

A Pizza&Gofri "bódé" szolgáltatásaihoz írom (a lángosos, réteses, italos viszont szuperek!!!): Gyermeknek kértünk gofrit és 2 palacsintát, kiadtak az ő kezébe 2 feketére égett palacsintát...😔 lelketlenség a köbön. Észleltük, visszavittük, kérve vissza az ellenértékét, a hölgy odadobta felhúzott orral. Nem kommentálnám egyebekben, senkinek nem ajánljuk. A korrektség kedvéért: a gofri kemény...
