Burger'Z Bar Balatonlelle — Restaurant in Fonyódi járás

First of all, I really don't really understand the fuzz on the comments for this place. This is not a 5 star burger spot at all. Not in Hungary itself, neither the 'whole world' as mentioned. Whomever would say that has cearly not tried quality. The place is not super bad, but deffinitely not very good either. Burger meat is thin and totally lacks of taste, felt like had no salt in it. Had to actually ask for salt and pour some into it (never in my life have I done that). Bacon wasn't crip, nor that much quantity of it. The bun... around double size the meat.. what's the point? Feels like a con when you bite it. It's also not that good as expected, kind of a regular semi-sweet ham n' cheese sandwich bread. The side (spicy fries and sweet fried, what I ordered), was pretty big. Would usually be a good point on the review, but not in this casr when I asked before ordering if it was something for sharing or small, and got told small, instead of just showing the container for 'em. So.. thumbs...

American diner inspired burger place it's definitely one of the really good ones in the area.

They had a great variety of options for all sorts of different kinds of dietary restrictions.

We had two burgers (MemFISH and Buffalo beef) as well as what they called the burgerito (burger burrito like the name suggests)

I specifically have to praise them for the sturgeon burger (memFISH) (and their pun filled menu ;))

Service was also quite friendly and welcoming even roughly 1h-45m...

Nem túl nagy forgalomban érkeztünk, ebédelni szerettünk volna május 1-jén. A teraszon ültünk le. Az asztalok kb. 30%-ánál ültek, de lehet, hogy ezzel sokat mondtam. A haspólós pincérnő köszönt, a kisebbik lányom miatt még meg is kellett állnia, mert a gyerek nem figyelt, útban volt neki. Leültünk és 7 percig türelmesen várakoztunk, hogy kapjunk étlapot vagy bármi figyelmet. Miután a körülöttünk lévő asztalokhoz folyamatosan jöttek a felszolgálók, kezdett minket dühíteni, hogy annyira sem méltatnak, hogy egy étlapot az asztalra tegyenek. 7 perc várakozás után érkezett két fiatalember egy távolabbi asztalhoz, a haspólós felszolgáló 1 percen belül az asztaluknál termett két étlappal. Akkor felálltunk és jeleztem neki, hogy jóval régebben üldögélünk ott, és még csak egy étlapot sem kaptunk. Az volt a válasza, hogy nem vett észre minket (csak zárójelben jegyzem meg, nem vagyunk éppen apró termetűek és nem is egy eldugott, árnyékos, sötét sarokba ültünk le..)

Rendszeresen eszünk éttermekben és érdekes módon a haspólót, mint munkaruhát eddig nem tapasztaltuk, ahogy azt sem, hogy "nem vették észre", hogy a sok üres asztal közül az egyikhez vendégek ültek le négyen...

Sajnos így nem tudok véleményt írni az ételről, de a kiszolgálás a mai napon egyenlő volt a nullával. Sajnáljuk, mert sok keresgélés után kötöttünk itt ki.

Tanulság: ahol a haspóló elfogadott munkaruha, oda többet...
