Despite the name the food is not Thai (not even close which is actually a good thing because Thai Food has fish sauce and poignant flavours most central Europeans find repulsive).

The only reason I ate here is because it is a Sunday and all the places I would normally eat in the town are closed until later in the afternoon.

The rule of thumb is that a good Asian noodle dish should consist of 50% noodles, 30% fresh vegetables & tofu/meat and 20% sauce.

In this establishment the ratios are 70% sauce, 25% noodles, 15% vegetables/tofu (it is not obvious by looking at the photo because the dish isn't mixed. The noodles are basically on top of an ocean of sauce).

The sauce is the standard pre made industrial sauce that comes in large containers from the factory and the flavours are all artificial (the exotic ingredients mentioned on the board don't find their way into the sauce. It is only artificial flavouring that is made to somehow resemble, aka mimic the smell of these ingredients).

The only vegetables were carrots, a little mushroom, a small amount of sprouts and such thin slivers of cabbage that if combined they probably would weigh 10 grams (yet customers are led to believe it is healthy..)

Quite lush place! Nice food and lovely ambient music. Super clean and professional, staff well represented and amazing to see different nationalities work there.

More than 1 vegan options so definitely a win.
