Typical Hungarian restaurant with a nice choice of national dishes. We were here for lunch. The food was well prepared and tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The interior is not that cosy, but the bulkheads between the tables give you some privacy. They also have good outside seating. This place is also good for drinking a good beer. For sure recommended.

Sehr gute ungarische Küche. Wir hatten Glück und bekamen ohne Reservierung einen Tisch. Bedienung war sehr freundlich, unser Essen kam rasch und war sehr gut. Auch beim 2. Besuch hatten wir Glück und bekamen einen Platz. Wir haben wieder ausgezeichnet gegessen. Bezahlen kann man auch in Euro; Personal spricht ungarisch und deutsch. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. 3. Besuch: wir hatten in der Gaststube reserviert und das hat gut funktioniert. Das Essen war wieder ausgezeichnet, das Personal freundlich und nett. Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Für meine Eltern war es ein Geburtstagsausflug, der ihnen sehr gut gefallen hat. Danke dafür! 4. Besuch Wieder ein Besuch in unserer Lieblingsstadt und wir versuchten unser Glück, hier zu essen. Wir bekamen einen Tisch in der Gaststube und konnten abermals das ausgezeichnete Essen genießen. Für 2 Cordon bleu, 1 gemischtrn Salat und 2 Cola zahlten wir € 29,-. Es war wieder super und wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

The service speak German and English, they try to be nice, however they do not take out empty glasses and do not offer you new drink. The daily cream soup (brocolli) was underaverage and it contained so much croutouns. The turkey in almond and cinnamon was overdry, the sauce missed and put tomato into plumbs is 90s style of cooking. We was also disappointed when we found rice on the bill even in the menu it was included in price. The very good was goulash soup, however it is not enough fór us to come again.

Az étterembe már régóta járnak a szüleim rendszeresen, én amikor itthon vagyok náluk, legalább egyszer át szoktunk menni. Gyors és barátságos kiszolgálás, tiszta mellékhelyiség, korrekt árak. A konyha is szuper, bár ha jól hallottam az egyik szakács jobb mint a másik. Persze ez mindenhol így van...Van terasz is, amolyan kert közepén kiülős érzéssel, de az utca nyűzsgésére és életére kíváncsi vendégek csalódni fognak, mert nem lehet kilátni, zárt a kert. Természetesen fedett és télen fűtött. Helyfoglalás erősen ajánlott. Kapható tiltott csíki sör is, ami csap plusz pont! Elvitel is opció és ha túl nagy az adag becsomagolják a maradékot. Az új tulajdonos váltással cowboy-western témát kapott az étterem, amit mindenki eldöntheti, hogy előny-e vagy amolyan extra optikai tuning a harmónikus ízek és finoman tüzes alkoholos kortyok birodalmában.

Egy vasárnapi napon látogattunk el az Öreg Sam étterembe. Teltház volt ebédidőben úgyhogy érdemes asztalt foglalni. Sajnos mivel mi Győrből érkeztünk nem volt foglalásunk. A kedves, barátságos és messze menőkig segítőkész személyzet 5 perc várakozás után tudott biztosítani egy éppen felszabaduló asztalt számunkra. A kiszolgálás a teltház ellenére rendkívül gyors volt a megrendelt ételek pedig egyszerűen fantasztikusak! A választék bőséges az ételek kiadósak az árak pedig barátiak. Szerintem mindenki talál a fogára való falatot az étlapon😊 Ha legközelebb Szombathelyen járunk biztosan újból itt fogunk ebédelni vagy vacsorázni. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom az éttermet. Aki még nem volt feltétlenül próbálja ki nem fog csalódni!

A friend suggested to stop by, much appreciated. Amazing food, quick and attentive waiters. If you are in Szombathely and want to have a good meal, I suggest to come to this place. There is a lot of parking possibilities in the area.
