WOW!! We were searching for a vegan croissant and I didn’t see anything listed, but looked like a quality bakery so wanted to check it out. What a hidden gem we stumbled upon! We not only found vegan croissants but five or six other vegan pastry options!! We were blown away by the choices and had to get one of every type. This place is a little out of the center of town, inside a mall so it could be easily missed, but don’t pass it by! Thank you for all of the options! And how cool to be able to see everything being made...

Saw the really good reviews and thought I'd stop by. They had a really nice selection for a bakery and everything looked fresh. I really wanted to get a sandwich and a crossiant and I saw a black fly hovering around the food and it touched some of the sandwiches. I was grossed out by this and just got a coffee in the end. The food behind the glass isn't covered completely. I really hope they cover the food properly in the future to prevent this. The staff was...

Oh my! This large bakery that is just outside Akureyri inside a mall is a hidden gem! So many great vegan options and they have soy milk for their yummy and strong latte. We had a plain and chocolate croissant and a traditional pastry, Vinarbrauðs - biti (bite) - all vegan. It was THE BEST pastry we’ve had! The vegan food is all clearly marked. The bakery is very clean and you can see into the kitchen which is fun to watch the bakers...
