I wish I could give zero star for customer service. I myself work in customer service knowing that I still give them zero star. So on 3rd April we went there we were a group of 5 people, the person taking the orders in the front desk was so rude he didn't even listen to what we want to order. He was screaming apparently. He looked angry. We said we want to know about the family deal he was speaking so rude and maybe we were brown asian people so he looked a bit racist. The service was mediocre at best. Just the bare minimum did not ask if i wanted fries or baked potato with steak. The server asked, "How would you like your steaked cooked?" Not one off my favorite place after buying steak and then I hear that I got the last pre over cooked potato and then asked if I would like fries instead when I showed them the potato... very low and then no one in the kitchen made the order until we went second time 10 min after and asked if they were ready and we we’re already done...
