This is probably my new favourite Thai place. The Pad Thai noodles, stir-fried rice, and summer rolls were nothing short of fantastic. The flavors were authentic and the ingredients super fresh. What stood out for me was the tenderness of the beef; it was cooked to perfection.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is relaxed, creating the perfect setting for a delightful meal. The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable. If you're looking for a place with delicious Thai cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service, this restaurant is a must-visit. I can't wait to return for another...

I am a bit confused by some of the very positive reviews here. I found the food mediocre and uninspired, with rather small portions. My green curry was way too sweet, and way too watery. The rice portions were so small, that my friend and I had to get extra, which cost I believe 300 isk for one portion. Since my green curry which was supposed to be spicy had close to zero spice, I asked for thai chili peppers, which most Thai restaurants have in Iceland (and across the world), but they just gave me...

Great experience. Ordered take out before Sali Thai opened. The gentleman working was very professional and took great care to provide an exceptional experience. All the meals were made fresh with lots of fresh vegetables. The broccoli was a nice touch in the vegetarian dishes and the Tom Yum soup was nice and spicy! Sali Thai does deliver the take out in plastic containers, so it may be wise to see if they would consider using containers brought from home....
