Tiny little hot dog stand in this tiny little fishing village in Iceland.... it stands out since there is almost nothing else to eat!!! Unless you count the tiny supermarket across the street...

The hot dogs are of the jumbo variety and the menu is very creative with the toppings and variety of flavors. We got a plain hot dog which would compare to a dog at a ballpark in the US. I also got the Isabella which had jalapenos, cheese and onions. Spicy and crunchy Don't forget the big bag of fries... hot and crisp Finally. Its iceland so you pay twice what u woukd expect. 10 dollars for the dog. As my kid said. This cost $1.50...

Do yourself a favor and stop by this food truck if you are ever in the area.

My husband and I wanted something fast and easy after a long day and this food truck was located a couple minutes from our hotel.

It’s fresh, fast, and super tasty. I got the Margrét and my husband got the Alfred. We also got an order of the spicy fries and the cheesy fries (HUGE portions with the fries!).

The hot dogs were out of this world. The dog itself was full of flavor, but the added extras they put on the dogs to dress them up was 👌.

If we are ever on this side of the world again, I’d make the trip to Grundarfjörður just...

Ok, definitely the best hotdogs of all Iceland, these were the first hotdogs we tried, and never found the same style of hotdogs ever again in Iceland. We thought these were the traditional hotdogs, and turns out that the traditional hotdogs is just a regular gas station hotdogs, not bad but not great. THESE HOTDOGS ARE THE BEST IVE EVER HAD!! We tried almost all of them, I recommend the Isabella and the Henrik. What an amazing place! Every other town we went by, we looked for something similar and could not find any. Don't miss the opportunity to...

Delicious Icelandic Hot Dogs cooked perfectly with just the right amount of SNAP in the dog and covered in delicious sauces, cheese, and spices. The fries were delicious as well, cooked perfectly, lightly salted, and also available with additional toppings. They were very similar to a McDonalds fry in the U.S. If you're in town or just passing through, make sure you stop here and get a couple of dogs, pull up a seat on the benches, and enjoy your lunch in the Icelandic sun. Would definitely visit again.

The owner is really nice and presents the food with a big smile. It was a cloudy day but seeing him made the sun shine. Oh yeah hot dogs were also good. In seriousness, service was excellent. I got their specialty dog with the Doritos chips and it's quite a unique dry. It's a bit dry since there isn't any sauce but there are many textures from the crunch of the Doritos, to the creaminess from the cheese. We also got the icelandic hot dog which is good value and simply delicious
