Nice building! Nothing like we have in the U.S. We bought the 4 person family meal for $50 U.S. equivalent. We ended up getting 12 pieces instead of the 8 as stated we’d get. The coleslaw had no sauce and lacked flavor. It’s nothing like we have at home. The chicken also was not available in crispy version. We got two sizes of gravy. We have NO idea why we got that. We didn’t get mashed potatoes so what do you use it for?! The fries were plain and lacked flavor. They had seasoning shaker at the counter (which we used) but still there wasn’t a change of any noticeable real difference. We did get a 2-liter of Pepsi. DON'T go there, really don't. Absolutely horrible experience! Never going there again! We were on the way back home to the south of Iceland with our two little kids who suddenly got hungry. Decided to stop here for a quick dinner. Waited OVER AN HOUR to get our order. Asked 3 times in this timeframe when we will finally get our order. The answer was every time "in 10 minutes". Toilets were clogged, extremely dirty and had no toilet paper, unusable. All the tables and the floor very dirty and sticky, we ended up eating everything outdoors. Food was not good, slushy and cold. In the end talked to the manager and got not even an apology or emphatetic words, not an offer of discount or anything. We had the chicken burger meal and popcorn chicken each as take out. Took 40 minutes for it to come out, didn't give me any cups or take out bag, when I asked for them, both people at the till ignored me and served 4 customers around me, when I interrupted them to ask for these again, they got rude, didn't give me a lid for my take away soda, we checked our food in the entrance and both burgers were soggy and barely warm, with cold, hard fries, so the food was a real let down, then saw they didn't give us the sauces we ordered.
