I worked for 20 years in the hospitality industry, so maybe my expectations are too high. But this is already the third place I've visited on the island where the service failed to clean the tables in a timely manner. It seemed like they were waiting to have more tables to clean at once, using a cart—which looked very unprofessional.

If the lady standing behind the bar had simply taken a tray and cleaned the tables one by one, it would have looked much better and more efficient.

The floor and the corners of the windows also haven’t been cleaned in quite some time.
