Just Wingin It — Restaurant in Reykjanesbær

i never review things, but this one deserves it. As a local, this is my absolute favorite restaurant in Reykjanesbær.

The food is nice and spicy, providing a wide variety of hotness for whatever is your sweet spot. The vast majority of their sauces are really good from what i've had.

The staff is very friendly and energetic. I can tell they enjoy their job more than your average service worker.

The atmosphere is really cool. Despite not being into sports, i actually like all the sports stuff on the walls, as it shows a passion for something from the owners.

It's also relatively affordable in the realm of Iceland. Overall an amazing establishment i can't stop...

We had the louisiana butter garlic & wing tang flavor. My kids love the butter garlic while i love the wing tang. The wing tang has some sweetness from the bbq sauce & slight spicy from the sweet chilli. We ordered the 24 pcs family deal & later added 12 more pieces of wings. In hind sight, i should have ordered their 50pcs family deal for the same price that I paid for my 36 pcs wings. Waited about 15-20min while the wings were being cooked. One of the more interesting places on the culinary map of Reykjanesbaer, which offers mainly chicken wings. Definitely good competition for KFC. Nevertheless, it didn't particularly captivate me and I didn't like it. Perhaps if I had chosen a different dish, the experience would have been better.
