This was my favorite stop in the Westfjords. It was super random and such a great surprise. I had read that the hot chocolate was excellent.. and indeed, excellent with homemade whip cream. I liked that it wasn’t artificially sweet like American hot cocoa. The waffles are fluffy, and they are paired with this homemade rhubarb jam and cream. The cappuccino was solid. I had tried the granola onsite and that was great too. The cookie wasn’t my favorite I’ve ever had but a dependable chocolate chip cookie. The crumbs and some minor spills around the displays were a bit off-putting. And the employees were all taking up the couch areas (the most comfortable seats in the house to enjoy a coffee) just chatting or playing on phones until someone came in, then one person...
