HANGOUT - THE LOUNGE BAR — Restaurant in Agra

I recently visited Hangouts with high hopes of enjoying a pleasant evening with friends. However, my experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior displayed by one of the bar attendants.

From the moment we approached the bar, it was clear that the attendant was disinterested in providing good service. They appeared impatient and barely acknowledged our presence. When it was finally our turn to order, their attitude became even more apparent. They seemed annoyed by our questions about the drink menu and seemed unwilling to assist with recommendations.

To make matters worse, as the evening progressed, the bar attendant's demeanor grew increasingly rude. They openly rolled their eyes when we asked for adjustments to our drinks and even made sarcastic remarks under their breath. This type of behavior created an uncomfortable atmosphere and cast a shadow over what should have been an enjoyable outing.

While I understand that everyone has their off days, it's important for service staff to maintain a level of professionalism and respect towards customers. Unfortunately, this bar attendant fell short of those expectations. It's disappointing to have such an unpleasant encounter in what is meant to be a social and welcoming environment.

In the future, I hope the management of Hangouts takes steps to ensure that all their staff, including bar attendants, adhere to higher standards of customer service. Until then, I'll be hesitant to return to a place where such behavior...
