Pind The Restro — Restaurant in Agra

Visited this restaurant today and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered non veg snacks - Murgh Jamaican Jerk and Murgh Malai Tikka - both had an unpleasant foul smell that indicated they were not fresh. When we brought this to the attention of the manager, he seemed completely disinterested and showed no concern for the customer satisfaction.

For the main course, we ordered Murgh Makhni gravy boneless. However, the staff refused to provide it boneless so we had no other option but to agree. The portions were surprisingly small and the gravy was negligible due to the shallow bowls they used also the high proportion of bones in the dish. The dish was filled with masala and there was no flavor of butter or any cream. All this was frustrating given the high prices they charged.

The customer service was extremely slow throughout our visit. Not once did the staff apologize for the delays.

Moreover, the cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable. The utensils were dirty, and the table mats were not properly cleaned, which raised concerns about overall hygiene.

Overall, this experience was far from satisfactory. The combination of poor food quality, inadequate portion sizes, high prices, slow service, and lack of cleanliness means I will not be returning to this restaurant again. I would not recommend...

Most Tastless Dhaba/Hotel/Restraunt in Agra. They have Two Branches in Agra 1 in Fatehabad Tajganj and This 1 in NH2 Gurudwara. We Were so much hungry and Decided to try Pind Balluchi as people suggested us to have quality Punjabi food. The Food Was Tasteless , Chicken was Not Cooked Properly from inside. Portion Size was small, bad Quality Biryani Rice was smelling like it is strated rottening. They were convincing us that its fresh , We said " We are from Lucknow and we know what biryani is " (Lucknow is Famous for Kebabs and Mughal Food" I ate Worlds most Worst Kebab in my Life.... Its was deep fried and was Hard to chew. Kebabs are knows for its tender and juiciness, They have property to melt in Mouth.

Dhabas/Motel near Highways are far far better than this worst place. after complaining they were not even felt sorry that a person is complaining about there quality. Roti was tasteless and was of low quality.

Please do not visit this place never ever waste your Money...

This restaurant is very close to the tomb of akbar. So after a visit to the tomb this is an ideal spot for lunch. They have both veg and non veg options and place is very suitable for families. The service is prompt and place is very clean and hygienic. The prices are slightly expensive but its worth it. We ordered the butter chicken with roti which was delicious and the portion was perfect for two. We also ordered fresh lime soda which was quite refreshing.
