The very most important thing I love about this place is their cakes are always fresh and very very tasty.

Never have I had any bad experience whenever I have taken cakes from this place They have so many options to choose from.

The owner is a really good person and they don't charge you for carry bags also in today's time where you get charged for Carry bags everywhere

One of the pathetic cakes I have ever had I have requested for an customised cake for my mummy birthday I have ordered 5 kg cake cost was 7000 I have given the clear description for the cake. How the cake should be And cake was not at all like the description I provided They have literally spoiled the birthday I was constantly telling to send photos of the cake They never send and they send the disaster cake.

Never ever going to order cake from O cakes Also delivery time was 3 pm they delivered the cake at 4.30 pm

I was regular customer from past 2 years. But now days O-cakes not maintain their quality any more. I purchased chocolate truffle cake in night around 8:45 PM on 31st January 2023, at the time of purchase owner gave me assurity that cake is fresh and you can eat this cake till next 2-3 days.
