Mughal's The Royal Dining — Restaurant in Ambernath

So very disappointed with the food quality this the third time I've received such bad quality food from Mughals , I Indeed used to recommend them to my friends and relatives but now I'd recommend them no more ! Even street stall's biryani would be more tasty & better in quality from the biryani you'll sent today , Quality control and check seems like a joke to you'll I ordered mutton biryani today and mutton didn't feel like mutton it tasted like something else also had a weird smell also I guess they forgot to mention that when you order mutton biryani from Mughals they only deliver mutton bone biryani I guess they missed out on that , I've faced similar issues even last time when I ordered Chicken Schezwan triple fried rice, where in I even called up Mughals to complain the guy who picks up tells me from front that before ordering the food u should call and tell us how u want it , seriously ! That's the most rubbish thing I've ever heard from a restaurant, I'd also mentioned to the guy that even before I ordered the noodles that day I had ordered chicken dum biryani 2 times and each time I had to call them up so that they would not screw up my order because they had done that to me last year , Even today I called them up just to ensure they don't send the biryani too dry but yet they did the same thing, Really disappointed with your service, Mughals was once the best restaurant in Ambernath but now it's one of the worst , I'm never ever going to order from you now onwards . I need a refund for this order because I don't think I got the value...

I went 2 weeks back and not felt so good the reasons are, No authentic taste of each dishes .. Take as soup,fried rice, chicken lolly pop... Taste is flat and does not made us to the real taste of each dishes which We tested other Good hotels 2.For this location and qty served price is costly And no one really wanted to get your feedback or wanted to know about your experience. 4.Tandoori chicken we tried, which below average than good Chinese small shop. Overall not met the expectations of mukuls name inspired taste and authentic spicyness.

I had visited this restaurant yesterday with my family for dinner. I was the worst experience ever. I wish if I could rate them in minus rather than giving 1 star. The food quality was not good. And most of food item asked were not available (kulcha, any of the Chinese dish). The biryani served was cold and not fresh. The checken tandoori was not cooked properly. Service was very slow and the waiter was very much inactive. Worst restaurant ever, do not waste your time and money here. It's better to eat pav bhaji from a roadside stall rather than...
