We have been ordering food from Nawab's Kitchen for the past 6 years and we love the food and quick delivery service. There are times when certain items are not to our liking and taste but most of the time we have had good food delivered by Nawab's. For some reason after so many years I thought of putting a review for them. In the past and present we have been freaking out on their Shawarma rolls and mutton biryani. Our other all time favorites are Butter chicken and Murgh masallam. In the starters we like a few like Rosali kebabs, Chicken Tikka and the Chicken Crispy which has a tint of honey and that's really Yummy Tummy 😋 😀 I personally enjoy the Sweet corn chicken soup when I want to have something light for dinner. We are non vegetarians but I love their Palak paneer, It really goes good with Naan. Like I mentioned earlier there were times that we didn't like certain food items but overall for these past 6 years we have been enjoying most of their food. Read moreThey don’t care about their customers. When we come to eat and sit, the staff just keeps staring at the table, which makes it uncomfortable to enjoy the food. The service is poor. They are always in a hurry to clean the table without even asking the customer if they would like to order more. This is very unprofessional.
When someone is eating, at least respect them – the customer is paying for the food, so the hotel should create a welcoming environment. Instead, the owner himself is rude and arrogant. When we complained about the staff, he didn’t even check what was happening; instead, he blamed the customer.
Overall, it was a very bad experience. The management should improve their service and behavior so that this doesn’t happen with other customers as well. Specially its request to owner please talk politely...

If they serve at-least gravy along with it or add some flavours it would be...
