Cream Stone — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Went here after getting disappointed at Jalpaan restaurant besides this parlour only to realise that both of these places are run by the same person!

Ordered two black currant scoops and to my surprise, one of them was of poor quality and taste. Red Velvet jar was almost tasteless. Ordered a bubble gum stone ice cream and it was served 30 minutes later and that too after multiple reminders from my side. It tasted good though.

Crowd management and service here are pathetic! Most people come here after eating at Jalpaan restaurant and that might be the reason behind this place still being...

The texture is rich and creamy, and their custom mix-ins are definitely fun. Chocolate-based combos are indulgent, and fruit options like Mango are refreshing

However, Seethaphal (custard apple) ice cream, one of their most hyped and unique flavors, has been unavailable for four consecutive days. That’s super disappointing, especially since it’s heavily marketed and a customer favorite. No clear reason given either

I had a very disappointing experience at Cream Stone. The store had no working AC and only one air cooler to manage the entire premises. The staff seemed helpless regarding the discomfort experienced by the customers.

The ice creams were average, and it was uncomfortable to eat as they melted quickly due to the heat inside the premises. We ordered the Summer Special Mango Ice Cream, and it was disappointing to see a lump of mango pulp simply placed on top of the ice cream.

I will not visit here again.
