Food ordered will come to the table after waiting for nearly 20 25 minutes. Food is ok, but service is not upto the mark. At first,we ordered for clear veg soup 3/5 as we wanted the food to be zero spicy or less spicy., but we were served veg manchow soup. The person who took our order, argued that we placed the order for the same. We didn't want to argue as we were all very tired after a long journey from Bangalore. So we ordered a fried masala papad without any chilli or spice. and they served the masala papad in a few minutes, and immediately we ordered for 3 butter rotis and a makki di roti, with paneer butter masala. We also specified that the food should not be spicy. After we finished the masala papad, we waited for nearly 25 minutes and no one was around to serve the roti and gravy, Then we called a server who was serving another table and asked him to check about our food. After this, we got the rotis and gravy. Then there was no one around to take the order for curd rice. Again we called a staff person and told him to get the curd rice. It was served in a few minutes. After finishing the food, we asked for the bill and that came to us very fast. When I checked the bill, I was surprised, as we had placed the order for paneer butter masala, but we were served paneer musallam. Had a very disappointing experience at this place.
