Biryanis and more - Yendada — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Genuine review I ordered palamuru chicken biryani nd chicken fry peice biryani in zomato from Biryanis and more, Yendada on May 12th, Sunday 12:30pm.. Chicken was stale, totally spoiled smelling very bad.. couldn’t even keep in mouth.. Unknowingly kid in our house ate first nd she landed up with vomitings..

I couldn’t understand how they dared to deliver such spoiled chicken with such high prices (palamuru chicken biryani- 480 rupees, chicken fry peice- 350 rupees excluding zomato coupon)

On the same day i called restaurant and i told the issue and he said he will check and call back but he never called back He didn’t even say sorry or returned money The very next day i called again nd a female answered nd she told manager was not available nd she told she will ask manager to call me immediately but there was no call since then..

This is not the first tym approx 10months ago i got an insect in biryani nd immediately i send a pic nd warned them I’m very much bothered about their reckless behaviour ruining our healths..

I gave around 10 days time for them to call back but they were purely negligent I wont leave this untill they apologise or else i’ll surely escalate this issue becoz its not their first mistake

Worst biryanis along with careless staff. These idiots sell curry biryanis instead of dum masala biryanis. Better not to prefer this worst road side hotel (restaurant word doesn’t suits for this worst place). Regarding this poor quality I have spoke with one this hotel’s coverup idiot. As usual he coverups their mistake and backed their nasty staff. Better not to prefer this hotel who are looking for value for money and not to be cheated by one. Anyone please think twice before choose this hotel, just because we are paying money this...
