Cafe Ice Magic — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Their past outlet magic pizza was excellent, extremely good taste and friendly staff. I have visited this place for more than 50 times.

But when I first visited the new place Cafe Ice Magic, I had to wait for over an hour to receive the bare half of the “original” order, the order wasn’t placed at all in the second visit for which I had to wait for another half an hour.

(Food is very tasty and the ambience is excellent which made me visit again despite of delayed orders)

Yesterday when me and my friends visited this placed, we got a plastic piece of 3 to 4 inches in pasta. We reported to the staff that we were not at all happy and we wouldn't pay bill. We have asked for manager and he didn't even show up at table. Staff were like we don't know anything. We said we wouldn't pay bill, (it wasn't a huge bill, it was 4 people, 4 items 600 approx, one with plastic).

And we were leaving, the manager called us to pay for the bill? It is fine if there was no mistake from them, but it was a clear mistake by them, and he didn't even apologise (like sorry sir but please pay the bill for remaining items) he just says pay bill and wants me to explain the situation again even when he knows everything.

We are fine with visiting again cause it's a mistake and we wanted them to pay the price for it, we had an argument for some time, but what he said next literally made me extremely angry, he said, pay the bill, or don't come next time. Now I have paid the bill and left, and not gonna visit again until that manager is replaced.

Otherwise, the only thing that has remained is an official police complaint powered by “THE PREVENTION OF FOOD ADULTERATION ACT, 1954”, this message is for the owner of the Cafe “ethically speaking, consider apologising and reimbursing us accordingly or face the consequences of what we do justifiably”.

I have visited the old place magic pizza literally more than 50 times, and the profit they must have got from me as a single customer not even the group is way more than that bill,

Visit#1 Jan 8, 2023: Consumed: Red Velvet, Chocolate crunch, Pineapple pastries, Blueberry cheesecake and Mint Mojito. Pastries are delectable. The base of the cheesecake is too hard to break with a spoon and certainly avoidable. Mint Mojito is literally just icecubes and mint syrup. Not remotely ingestible. Heard positive things about their savoury dishes and will try them in the next visit. In spite of asking to leave a menu card on our table, several waiters just kept swiping it away and depositing it on the common serving table. Got fed up and left without proceeding to ice creams.

Update Jan 28, 2023: Ordered a Black Forrest designer birthday cake. It was executed almost flawlessly and tasted delicious as well.

Visit#2 Feb 27, 2023: Consumed: Egg pizza, Grape juice and Black Forest sundae. All three were expectedly delicious, especially the egg pizza, which is generally uncommon but well executed with an omelette sandwiched within the pizza base itself. Grape juice tasted almost like Arabian grape juice with a lot of fruit. Black forest sundae is good, as is normal with their any other icecream.
