Citrus — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

We wish to place on record the hospitality, ambience and taste enjoyed in Citrus Restaurant located in Shelton Hotel at Rajamahendravaram, during our stay for the last couple of days. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are extremely delicious, apart from this, the extra-ordinary hospitality demonstrated by the Captain-Miss Chandininj is laudable one. We noticed that Miss Chandani is an asset to the Citrus Restaurant and also to the visiting customers.Today morning we have expressed our desire to have country chicken Andhra Style Dish and requested the Captain-Miss Chandini to arrange the same to our dinner. It is extremely delightful to have delicious country chicken dish prepared in Andhra styile. on the request made by us, the Captain-miss chandini had arranged the delicious country chicken dish in our today\s dinner in citrus restaurant. we are xtremely thankful for making dinner arrangment to our tast and desire. in this regard, we wish to add the captain of the restaurant-Miss Chandini, deserves either promotion or hike in the salary for her extraordinary hospitlity skills and for maintaining professional dignity as a captain in the restaurant. This restaurant is located at the 7th floor of Shelton hotel.

It's adjacent to the banquet hall of the hotel which offers ala carte option.

The restaurant is decent, the food is good and decent too.

The staff here are a highlight..very accommodating and hospitable. I was served by Chandani and absolutely happy with the hospitality and the way I was served.

I had ordered meals / thali and there are few improvements/ suggestions

Rice was a bit hard (for my taste may not be for all) Side dishes were little oily

We went for valentine's day dinner. Every dish is served cold at live counters and they took 20mins for each dish . Service is very bad. They have one server for more than 5 tables when all the tables are occupied. Deserts were given option in menu but they didn't ask our choice. Worst experience to ruin a perfect day.
