One of the worst experience i had ever in a pizza hut which is the brand pizza i love to eat anywhere. I visited many pizza huts many places even abroad, but the pizza hut here is the worst i seen in terms of service. Lack of staff, wait time very much, they dont even greet the people who come in properly, told me to wait for 15 mins to place order and when asked repeatedly after 15 mins told me pizzas of only small available and we are closing and no dine in.worst of worst experience i would say. I am starting to see now a days pizza huts closing their dine in early then their closure times and its getting slow by slow bad services rating ,i would suggest the brand should concentrate now on the people they are giving the francise with and also audit in regular basis the workings of these restaurants to avoid losing your place in the market. Even a single star is not worth it . Wish could have given negative star for this...

This is why you should never order from this particular branch on Swiggy or Zomato I ordered a medium sized pizza, and the amount of toppings that they put on. It was just hilarious and stupid. It’s like Mani is going out of their pockets to put the toppings on the pizza I had complained to the Swiggy customer service and told them specifically that this has happened more than twice. The only reason I ordered from Pizza Hut is because I like it more than Domino’s, but this particular branch has very stingy Staff and also the management obviously is not taking seriousness of the reviews. I came here for the first time but after coming here I felt lack of cleanliness and was also feeling hot. After that when we go to the counter for ordering then Lakshmi ji says that there will be no bill here, you will have to order online from your mobile. After that there was a person there whose name was Satish, he placed the order from my mobile, in which I asked to order 2 pizza combo, but he changed the plan and gave us without combo, about which I did not know. After coming to the order table I came to know that the order was without combo, in which there was 1 pizza, 1 Pepsi, 1 garlic bread, 1 French fries, which I did not like. I have this request that any customer Don't do this with anyone. I will not come here next time nor will I recommend anyone...
