Instead of addressing the real concerns we raised about hygiene, filthy bedsheets, stinking washrooms, lack of housekeeping, and even a dead lizard in the room, you chose to twist the matter towards “negotiations” about billing.

Let me remind you, hospitality is not just about charging for 24 hours - it is about maintaining basic cleanliness, customer safety, and respect. When a guest is given wet blankets, dirty rooms, and zero housekeeping for 3 days, your priority should have been to apologize and fix the issues, not to defend staff arrogance or argue about payments.

Replying after one year with such an irresponsible justification only proves how careless and unprofessional your hotel...
