Cueman's Silver Spoon (Restaurant and Banquet) — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Very bad experience. Apollo fish was hard, like plastic, tasteless. May be frozen fish cooked again. Chicken biriyani was stale, smelling differently. The reason told was usage of rose water. Instead of gravy or salaan, a sour-tasting sambar, they call it Kattu, was served along with biriyani, which is a mis-match. The steward directed the family to a table quite at the entrance though there were other tables available then. The dining hall is not that big, but was made to look bigger by placing a larger mirror. The manager boasts that this hotel is number 1 in the area with 15 years standing. Perhaps, he is not aware that his chef can spoil the entire image just in a day Or a handful of dissatisfied customers can cause disrepute. We entered the place and selected on table and settled ... its been 5 mins ... the waitress brought the menu put it on the table ..later she came and told us to sit in other table ... i said i wont change ...if so i ll leave the place ... she again repeated ... the same ... i dont understand one thing ...no body guided us in where to sit on entering the place ... after settling in place ... how could you ... tell a customer to get up who came to eat .... so i left the place and came out of restaurant ..... the whole day was tiring for me cauae of my job ...and on top of it ... this ill mannered service rhe restaurant ... this is the first and last time i am visiting...

I would have given a negative 5 if it were possible.Everything that was good about this restaurant is no more.They took my home delivery order at 12,didnt send it till 2,kept cutting my calls,when i went there and told the situation there was no response,they continued taking orders from others,the owner was standing by and has brain in the size of a peanut.This is what happens if you have too much money,no education,no common sense and start opening restaurants.And the other best thing is the manager was the one who took my order and did not even come out when he was informed of the case and kept denying he...
