"My experience at this outlet was deeply disappointing, primarily due to the shocking lack of cleanliness. The tables were covered in leftover pizza boxes, crumbs, and chili flakes. Despite requesting the staff to clean the table multiple times, they only removed the boxes, leaving the crumbs and flakes behind. When I pointed this out again, the staff dismissed my concern and claimed the table was clean. It wasn’t until I insisted that someone finally came over to clean, but not without making excuses about their workload.

What made it even worse was that I had kids with me, and they were visibly unhappy and uncomfortable sitting at such an unclean table. It’s upsetting when a restaurant fails to provide a hygienic and welcoming environment for families. To add to the disappointment, the food was dry and completely unappetizing.
