The worst out of all Domino's. Here are my observations: 1.The one who was taking the order was entering a list of phone numbers that are not valid and not taking our own so that we cannot share feedback (These guys know how horrible the place is). 2.There was a lady shouting at the top of her voice cos she came one hour ago and they are not preparing her order and only concentrating on the deliveries (Our took more than 40 mins even though the attendant confirmed it will be ready in 15 mins max). 3. One of them messed up the order and gave the wrong pizza to a dine-in client and even though she opened the box, separated the pieces and then returned it (she touched it with the same hand that she had been eating till then) the attendant calmly put another sticker on the same box and sent it out for delivery. 4. They were reluctant to give me a copy of the bill and only gave us the order slip. I told him i need it for GST purposes and also that i wanted to take the survey for a cupon. This is when he printed out a copy. When we pointed out that the phone number on the slip was different, he still wanted us to ignore it. My friend had the same experience and he was also refunded since he didnt want a pizza in those conditions. I would like to bring to your notice the very poor experience I had during my recent visit. • Only one staff member was taking orders, and she seemed too busy with packing. I was sitting at Table 1, but my pizza was placed on Table 3. When I called out, she just said “yes” and walked away. • I had paid for a Double Cheese Margherita, but I was served only a plain Margherita. When I questioned this, the staff argued that I should have asked for “cheese burst,” which is unreasonable. • When I raised concerns, the staff member argued back saying she was busy, there were many orders, and pizzas were falling. This is not the way to respond to a customer. • The pizza itself was poorly prepared – the base was thick and undercooked. • Throughout my time there, the staff kept shouting among themselves, making the environment unpleasant

They changed margarita to double cheese margarita…I felt eating only the base … so hard and thick … again they served plain margarita
Owner of this franchise definitely need to monitor
I called the manager and he is not at all interested to come to counter and talk
It was not at all a good experience, and if such service and food quality continue, customers will be discouraged from visiting again.

Read moreI tried reaching out to the store manager via the contact number provided, but unfortunately, there has been no response. As a customer, I believe there should at least be some communication when there is a delay. The order was promised to be delivered within 30 minutes, but it has now been over 2 hours. tracker still shows out for delivery from past 90min
I had dropped an email to the provided address, but there has been no response so far. My order is still showing as "out for delivery," even though it's been several hours. I have not received my refund yet either, despite multiple follow-ups and calls to the store.
This delay and lack of communication is extremely disappointing, and the situation has caused a lot of inconvenience. I request immediate action on this issue, including processing my refund and clarifying why the order status has not been updated.
