I am a vegetarian and this review what I felt for my complete experience
Date of visit:07/05/2023
Ambience: excellent
Food: ok (quantity very bad)
Service: very bad (as only two people were managing everything)
First of all when we entered as there were only two people in the service nobody will greet you and ask for the table, you can go and sit were ever you want. The menu will be given at you when you ask. Then you have to call to place your order and in that also there are no vegetarian curries in the menu printed they will verbally tell you or show in the mobile. We ordered Hot and sour soup Manchow soup Starter: Malai paneer tikka Imperial spice special veg platter Main course: Veg khola Puri Veg mushroom masala Bread basket
Now the fun begins: The hot and sour soup was served with chicken (for non veg eating person no problem but it is in very bad taste for a vegetarian) The salad in both the starter was bad(horrible) in taste. In the both the starter the quantity was way less for the amount they are charging.
Coming to main course
Here also the quantity way less than for the price charging
The heights is when you can see finger bowls but they are asking to use hand wash instead which I am fine with as it was well maintained.
No discount for army forces personnel.
The only good thing was the ambience and the maintenance of...
Read moreAmbience - Ambience was majestic starting from the entrance and the interiors were also fantastic. On the wall as soon you enter to the left you will find an amazing piece of vizag art in a single frame.
Cleanliness - cleanliness is one of the usps of this restaurant, everything was clean including the washrooms were also very neat and proper. The tables and the cutlery were also clean.
Staff - Staff were amicable and welcoming, their attire and their behavior are peachy and good.
Food - Food is the main usp in their restaurant, of course, in any restaurant food must be, but the spices and the mix of the spices is excellent I must say, even though it appears spicy and have used different types of spices it won't appear spicy to the palate room.Too good.
Timing - timing is the second usp, before we visited this place we heard that the biriyani will be served within less than 7 min or so.. They exactly stood to that.. We ordered biriyani one after another and they did the magic of serving it just like they promised. On time.
Overall amazing experience, I met the owner Saif who happens to be an amicable young entrepreneur and I personally wish him all the best and next time I am visiting Imperial spice...
Read moreDisappointing Experience – Poor Service I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to share this experience. I visited this place with a group of friends, and we were all excited to catch up after a long time. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected.
We asked him multiple times for some onions, but he didn’t acknowledge us at all. We tried ignoring it, later we ordered chicken fried rice, and after waiting for more than 15 minutes, we still hadn’t gotten our food. We called out to the person who took our order three times to ask if the food was coming soon, and each time he just walked away without saying anything.
When the manager finally came over, we told him about what had happened—how unresponsive the person who took our order was. Instead of addressing it or apologizing, the manager is not even taking our feedback. I honestly felt like they didn’t care at all. The waiter who brought our food was nice, but the rest of the experience was disappointing.
If you want to keep customers coming back, it's important to listen to their feedback. It's not about one bad day—it’s about how you handle it. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their...
