Domino's Pizza | Obulreddy Nagar, Nellore — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I recently had a very unpleasant experience at the Domino’s Pizza outlet in MGB Mall, Nellore, due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of an employee, Mr. Sujan. I expected the usual standard of service Domino’s is known for, but unfortunately, this visit was far from satisfactory.

When I approached the counter to place my order, Mr. Sujan outright refused to take it without providing any valid reason. His tone was dismissive and disrespectful, leaving me feeling ignored and insulted as a customer. Instead of addressing my concerns or offering a solution, he displayed an attitude that was not only unprofessional but shockingly rude.

A simple interaction that should have been courteous and efficient turned into a frustrating ordeal because of his behavior. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on a brand like Domino’s, which usually prides itself on customer satisfaction.

I hope the management at Domino’s MGB Mall takes note of such incidents and ensures better training for their staff. No customer deserves to be treated with such disregard, and I strongly urge the management to address this issue promptly to avoid such experiences for other patrons.
